Datasheets(X)
Suitable for general assembly of materials through fast-action bonding, outdoor applications for working with wood, structural bonding of wood and wood derivatives; chipboard, plywood, high-pressure laminate, insulating materials such as XPS, PU and PVC rigid foam, GFRP, metals, aluminium, stainless steel, galvanised steel, construction products such as natural stone, marble, ceramic. Ideal for invisible bonding due to its translucency.
- The surfaces to be treated must be clean, dry and free of dust and grease.
- We recommend performing preliminary adhesion tests on the surface.
- Apply to one of the pieces either with a caulking gun or by spreading over the substrate with a spatula.
- Secure the materials to be bonded until the adhesive is completely cured; the use of clamps or screw clamps is recommended.
- The adhesive hardens by reacting with the moisture in the air and moisture contained in the material; to ensure controlled curing, we recommend spraying water (approx. 10 g water/m² for 150 g adhesive/m²) when joining non-absorbent materials or materials with < 8 % moisture.
- The product expands slightly (foam) during the curing process. When bonding non-absorbent surface layers, be careful not to trap air when joining the surfaces together.
