Single-component polyurethane foam, ready for use, high-quality, self-expanding for installations and insulation.
The product cures and expands on contact with water and air humidity. It has a uniform structure, with excellent expansion capacity and high resistance to wear, cold and most chemicals. Made with CFC-free gases, which do not affect the ozone layer.
  • Wide range of applications.

  • CFC-free. Does not affect the ozone layer.

  • Excellent capacity for thermal and acoustic insulation.

  • Excellent dimensional stability. Does not contract or expand after curing.

  • Flammability class (DIN 4102-1): B3.

  • Excellent adhesion on all materials (except PE, PP, PTFE and silicones).

  • After curing, the foam withstands temperatures between -50 °C and 90 °C.

Application areaFor use in the construction industry
  • Ensures excellent adhesion to concrete, brick, tile, wood, metals, rigid PU foam, polystyrene and a wide variety of plastics such as rigid PVC.

  • Bonding, mounting, attaching, installing and placing of doors, windows, electrical outlets, bathtubs, sinks, ventilation pipes, wall joints, screens, ceilings, chambers, refrigeration panels etc.

  • Thermal and acoustic insulation.

For use in the automotive industry
  • Bonnet crossbars, door bottoms, internal side contacts, car boots, sound installation, assembly of sealed acoustic boxes etc.
Instructions
  • Clean the surface to which the product is to be applied, removing oil and dirt.

  • Shake the container vigorously for at least 30 seconds.

  • Moisten the materials with water. This step improves adhesion and speeds up hardening.

  • Always use the container upside down.

  • Fill the cavity to approx. 65 % of its volume, as the foam will expand.

  • Constantly shake the container during operation.

  • If you need to apply more coats, spray the previous coat with water.

  • The foam dries to the touch in 16 minutes, can be cut after 40 minutes and cures completely after 18 hours (23 °C and 50 % relative humidity).

  • These times may vary depending on the ambient temperature.

  • The ideal application temperature varies between 5 °C and 30 °C.
