- Low VOC, free from solvents and isocyanates.
- Neutral odour with non-corrosive by-product on metal surfaces and mirrors.
- Excellent physical and mechanical properties.
- Cohesive adhesion on various smooth or porous substrates, including wet surfaces, without the need for primers.
- Easy to apply, highly durable and resistant to chemicals.
- Does not run when applied vertically and does not exude oil that causes staining.
- Highly resistant to thermal shock and highly weather resistant (climate factors, UV and ozone).
- Can be painted.
Contact with food or oil-exuding environments is not recommended.
Not recommended for pre-fabricated joints.
Can be used on granite, concrete, wood, metal and smooth and porous substrates in civil construction.
Ideal product for sealing in applications with expansion and/or compression and also recommended for sealing joints and
movement in floors, skirting boards and walls; vertical and horizontal expansion joints (up to 1 cm, we recommend using joint backer rods to avoid three-point contact); perimeter sealing of glass, doors, windows, beams, flashings, ducts, awnings and ceilings.
- Joints must be completely clean, free from grease, dust, rust and paint residue.
- Non-absorbent substrates such as glass, tile and plastics should be cleaned with a cloth soaked in cleaning agent.
- Cut the cartridge nozzle and screw on the applicator tip, cutting it to the desired joint width.
- Attach the cartridge to the application gun (not included). In joints, apply PU 40 from the bottom to the edge, making sure that the joint is completely filled and that there is full contact with the edges.
- To bond, apply continuous lines between the layers, making sure that the adhesive fills the space and joins both surfaces.
- Finish the product using a suitable joint knife before the product forms a skin (approximately 45 minutes).
