- Do not use for cutting stainless steel.
- Never use the disc for roughing. Improper use will cause the safety fabrics on the disc to tear.
- Never exceed the maximum working speed indicated on the disc label (80 m/s).
- Never use the disc in poor condition (with cracks).
- Do not force the disc. Do not apply pressure on the disc during the cutting operation. The weight of the machine must be sufficient.
- Do not apply lateral pressure on the disc.
- Do not make curved cuts.
- The diameter of the disc must be in accordance with the dimension of the part to be cut. As a rule, the thickness of the part should be approximately 10 % of the diameter of the disc.
Ideal for cutting various types of materials: carbon steel, galvanised parts, ferrous metals.
Maintenance and small repairs. For cutting sheet metal, steel beams, piping, air ducts, cable boxes, solid pipes, wire ropes and steel structures.
Can be used with all types of portable grinders, in accordance with the recommended speed.
