- Available in two materials: carbon steel and brass.
- Steel: used on carbon steel and other metal alloys.
- Brass: used on stainless steel.
- Ideal for cleaning and removing rust, welding residues, paint and other elements present on surfaces.
- Suitable for use with drills, bench grinders and straight grinders.
- The brushes include reduction rings with different diameters (see table).
Notice
- Do not use brushes on machines with a higher than recommended speed.
- Do not remove protective equipment from the machine.
- Oxidation or any other chemical alteration in the brush wires may alter the performance of the brush.
Application area
Removal of burrs, rust, thin layers of paint and other residues.
Instructions
- Roughing work must be performed with the tips of the wires.
- Excessive pressure on the brush can cause a curvature effect on the wires, increasing wear and causing them to break prematurely.
- If a higher level of wear is expected, we suggest using more aggressive brushes (brushes with thicker, braided wires instead of crimped wires) or a brush that allows for a higher degree of rotation.
