Windscreen adhesive plus
One-component polyurethane-based adhesive for bonding automotive glass. The adhesive features primerless technology (does not need primer to dry) and cures using moisture from the air, forming a durable elastomer. The adhesive is highly resistant to temperature fluctuations and adverse weather conditions.

Notice The product cures using moisture. It is recommended to apply it at a temperature of 5 °C to 35 °C and humidity between 50 % to 70 %.

Instructions1. Remove the damaged glass using the wire for removing windscreens.
2. Remove the old adhesive and any remaining dirt.
3. Clean the entire perimeter where the new adhesive will be applied.
4. The surface must be clean, free from contaminants and particles of grease, oil, paint, tar, wax, rust and tarmac. Clean the glass using the suitable product and dry.
5. Cut the tip of the cannula to the desired width. Apply the product using a manual, electric or pneumatic gun. To ensure a uniform thickness of the adhesive profile, we recommend applying the adhesive in a triangular shape.
6. The glass should be installed within a maximum of 5 minutes after applying the adhesive. The temperature of the surface should be between -10 °C and 35 °C. Connect the parts to be bonded or sealed, ensuring maximum contact between them. The curing time for driving the vehicle away is 3 hours for vehicles without an airbag and 6 hours for vehicles with an airbag.
