Instructions
- The surface must be clean, dry and free from dust and grease.
- Sand the surface before use when applying on glass and steel sheets.
- For metal surfaces, we recommend removing any rust, incrustations and oil. For smooth sheets, perform sandblasting.
- Thoroughly mix the two components, preferably using a mechanical mixer for 3 minutes or manually for 5 minutes, until a uniform grey mass is obtained.
- Use the product within a maximum of 40 minutes (at 25 °C) after mixing.
- Use a brush or joint knife to apply the product, filling any and all cavities. Initial resistance within 24 hours.
- When bonding new concrete over old concrete, use a joint knife to spread the product, wait until the product reaches its "tack" point (tacky, but does not detach from the substrate), and add the new concrete on top.
- For anchoring threaded rods or bars, fill any cavities and coat parts in the product for subsequent application to the substrate, pushing with rotating movements in order to remove any trapped air.
- For deep holes, use a joint knife to apply the product at the entrance of the hole and again push with rotating movements until the space between the concrete and the reinforcement to be anchored is completely filled. Keep the reinforcement still for 24 hours.
- Maximum strength is achieved 7 days after application.
- Clean tools with thinner immediately after using the product.
