The line of anaerobic adhesives and sealants consists of high-quality products based on special methacrylate resins, designed to lock, fix and seal threads, cylindrical parts, pipes, flanges, and flat surfaces. One of the main characteristics of the products is that they cure in contact with metals and in the complete absence of air (oxygen). Once applied, the product creates a seal that is highly resistant to shocks, vibrations, chemicals and solvents. Since it is a liquid product, once applied it completely fills the spaces, preventing possible leaks and corrosion.
- The threadlocker meets the thread-locking requirements. With conventional methods (e.g. pressure spring or jam nut), separation forces are absorbed on only 40 % of the surfaces under pressure. Locking threaded installations using the threadlocker provides greater resistance than that obtained by mechanical means.
- In its liquid state, the threadlocker fills the spaces and spirals of the threads, ensuring 100 % contact between the faces and thereby also preventing corrosion.
