Datasheets(X)
For retaining bearings and cylindrical and flat parts in slip-fitted, press-fitted and shrink-fitted assemblies
For optimum performance, surfaces should be clean and free of grease and oil. An activator can be used for inert metal or slow curing surfaces. Make the assembly as tight as possible.
For slip-fitted assemblies, apply the adhesive around the pin and assemble with a rotating motion to ensure good coverage.
For press-fitted assemblies, apply adhesive thoroughly to both bonding surfaces and apply high pressure.
For shrink-fitted assemblies, the adhesive must cover the pin and the seating must be pre-heated to create the space needed for the pin.
