EN 204 D4
Datasheets(X)
Suitable for panel lamination and assembly, outdoor applications when working with wood, structural bonding of wood and wood derivatives; MDF panels, plywood, high-pressure laminate, insulating materials such as XPS, PU and PVC rigid foam, GFRP, metals, aluminium, stainless steel, galvanised steel, construction products such as natural stone, marble, ceramic.
- The surfaces to be bonded must be completely clean, dry and free of dust and grease.
- We recommend performing preliminary adhesion tests on the material.
- The low viscosity of the product enables precise bonding on different materials.
- Apply the product to one of the two surfaces (usually on the less absorbent substrate) using a roller or in a bead.
- Firmly press the parts together to ensure a perfect bond.
- To ensure controlled hardening, we recommend spraying water (approx. 10 g water/m² for 150 g adhesive/m²) when joining non-absorbent materials or materials with < 8 % moisture.
- This product expands (PU foam) during the curing process.
- When bonding non-absorbent surface layers, avoid trapping air when joining the surfaces together.
