W-MAX acrylic sealant is ideal for sealing and filling fissures, cracks and gaps. Water-based product, odourless, with good flexibility, excellent adhesion and waterproofing. Accepts sanding and water-based finishes.

Application area
- Used for sealing construction products, metal, wood, PVC, aluminium frames, backfilled wall repairs, insulation and waterproofing materials.
- Suitable for sealing toilets, windows, cracks and fissures; for sealing wooden or metal frames, gaps between elements such as skirting boards and hydraulic, pneumatic or ventilation lines that pass through walls and floors.
- Can also be used in low-motion joints in walls, ceilings or prefabricated elements (usually internal).
Instructions
- Application surfaces should be clean and free from dust, oil and grease.
- Open cracks for repair with the appropriate tools to create a V-shaped profile.
- Maximum application thickness is 15 mm and depth is 10 mm.
- Isolate the area to be sealed with adhesive tape. Remove the adhesive tape immediately after finishing.
- A 2 mm bead cures in 24 hours. Do not allow contact with water while the product is curing.
- Sand the product before painting. Wait for the product to fully cure before painting. If the product is painted before it has completely cured, stains may appear in the paint or the product may show through the paint, commonly known as "surfactant leaching".
