General-purpose synthetic resin and EVA-based, thermoplastic edge banding adhesive.
NoticeCheck the temperature of the adhesive in the rollers frequently. Temperatures below the recommended values for application may lead to poor bonding results. At high temperatures, deterioration may occur in color, viscosity and bonding properties. Storing the product at temperatures above 30°C may lead to condensation problems.
Application areaSuitable for bonding polyester, HPL, PVC, ABS, melamine and solid edge bands.
InstructionsDuring application, it is recommended that the ambient temperature be above 15ºC and the humidity level be between 65-75%. The edges to be banded must be free from dust, dirt and oil.
To achieve the best bonding result;
- The application temperature should be between 180-200°C.
- The moisture content of the wood material to be edge-banded should be between 8-10%.
- In case of a break in operation, it is recommended to reduce the tray temperature by 30-40°C to prevent a decrease in product performance.
