Ideal for roughing, polishing and grinding parts and welding seams. This die grinder is mainly designed for use with abrasive rotary files (burrs). Can also be used with steel rotary files, provided that their maximum revolutions match the die grinder's revolutions.
Read the instruction manual carefully before using the pneumatic tool. Before connecting the hose, apply 4 to 5 drops of good-quality pneumatic oil to the air inlet. Re-lubricate after 3 to 4 hours of use. Select the appropriate rotary file (burr) with a free rotation speed greater than the maximum speed marked on the tool. Make sure that the shank diameter exactly matches the diameter of the die grinder's collet. Push the shank as far as it will go into the collet and tighten the collet nut with the keys provided on the collet nut and the output shaft. The rotary file (burr) shank can be pulled out from the maximum insertion length as long as you make sure that at least 10 mm of the shank is secured.
